This custom Request Form is a streamlined solution for 1754 House to gather detailed event inquiries. It collects essential contact and event details in a stylish format and automatically forwards submissions using Google Apps Script integration.

My Role

I designed and developed the entire form functionality and layout. I also implemented the Google Script connection and SMTP email logic, ensuring a seamless user experience with clean aesthetics and practical user input validation.

What’s Next?

I plan to add optional file upload fields, interactive room selection maps, and visual summaries of form inputs for review before submission. Additionally, integrating real-time calendar availability could further enhance the booking workflow.
